These are just the Arsenal-related questions and answers:

2014 is coming to an end, do you think that this has been so far your best year?

"I think it was a good year, with more positives than negatives. From all the years, I take away the good things, the joys, and so far, all my years have been great, of course that some have been more than others, but the most important time is ahead of me, and to try to keep learning and improving. That is the only way to move forward."

With Barcelona you competed for all the titles, but you were not the main player. Arsenal is a club with a bit less impact, but you're the star and one of the best players in the Premier League. How do you analyse this change?

"The star thing is relative, I do not agree with that. We have a squad with a lot of great players, world class players, champions of the world with Germany, and some other players from the England and France national squads. In this group I'm one more. My start has been good, but you put the title of a story when you finish writing it, not when you start. We will see how my history pans out in this club and then it will be the time to evaluate and put a tittle to it."

Was going to Arsenal and the Premier League the best decision for you?

"When you make a decision you have to convince yourself that it's the best. And that it's impossible to know what could have been if you made a different choice. So far, and with little time, I'm happy at Arsenal. I arrived at a league that I love, my club is fantastic, with good team mates, a world class coach that worries about the player. All the people are very nice. And the city I'm just discovering it, but it's very pretty and I'm having a very good time."

How do you do with language, how do you communicate? Have you learned some English?

"I'm trying to learn it, I'm doing well. In any case with all the travelling there is not much time, and in this seeason we have been abroad with the national squad and in the Champions League. But I like learning languages and I've already learned Italian, and now I'm doing it with English. The club helps me a lot and there are some players that speak Spanish or Italian, so that helps."
